Endeavor Staffing offers a proven workforce solution, backed by over 50 years of community impact through Catholic Charities of West Tennessee. We connect our clients with local business sponsors for “temp- to-perm” job placement opportunities. Clients who have achieved stable housing, may participate in a transition placement arrangement with employer sponsors of Endeavor Staffing.
Participants will transition from training to permanent placement, while working for a sponsor company. Each participant will receive training, certification (OSHA, ServSafe, Warehouse Operations, etc), job related PPE, work appropriate apparel, a “job coach,” and transportation, while working toward at least $15/hour by exit from the program.
